How to turn off Buzz in Gmail

Go to Gmail - Settings (top right) - 'Labels' - you can show/hide the 'Buzz' from Gmail inbox.

Alternatively, search for "turn off buzz" in Gmail inbox view and you will find the link at the bottom of the page, next to "turn off chat".
